Although the current generation of AI code tools are definitely a very useful sidekick when working, the more I think about software development exclusively by AI, the more I am convinced that we are putting the cart before the horse.

A future generation of intelligent machines won't need classical software, but this won't completely eliminate the need for classical software - the same way computers with OS did not eliminate the need for basic control electronics.

And the current generation of computer languages were made in order to alleviate many shortcomings of the way a human thinks - which definitely do not apply to AI.
